Do I need to create an account to purchase from KiraDeko.com?
While it's not necessary to create an account to purchase from colormakeups.com, here are some advantages to creating an account:

- View & track previous orders
- Create product wishlists
An item I want is out of stock. Can I place a backorder and pay in advance?
We currently do not accept backorders. We will update the website once the item is back in stock and an order can be placed at that time.
How do I amend my order or shipping information?
Once you have placed your order and completed your payment, your order will be sent to our warehouse and we will be unable to prevent your items being expedited to you. If you have any questions please contact us.
Where can i find my order number?
You can also find your tracking number and other order information by logging into your account. If you don't have an account you can click on Login in the top right corner of the home page on our website. From there click on Sign up.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from colormakeups.com for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of merchandise within 60 days of the sale date and issue a full refund for the product (minus the shipping and other charges). All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us via toll-free email at service@colormakeups.com or online.
